The Missouri Division of Tourism’s Fall Getaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to enter. Entries will be accepted via online registration at VisitMO.com/Getaway.

Promotion is available 12:00 AM CST October 14, 2008 thru 11:59 PM CST November 13, 2008. Entries will not be accepted after 11:59 PM CST November 13, 2008.

Giveaway drawings will be held weekly. Drawing dates are:
October 22 - Wine Country and B&B Package
October 29 - Wine Country and B&B Package
November 5 - Football Packages
November 12 - Football Packages

Winners will be notified by email or phone within two business days of the drawing, and winners' name and image may be posted on the web site and publicized. No substitutions or transfers of prizes are allowed. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash and are subject to expiration dates listed on each item.

Winners will receive the designated prize, the cost of which only includes the items and prize specifically noted.

The number of entries will determine the odds of winning. Entries will be selected in a random drawing; one drawing for each prize. This contest is void wherever restricted or prohibited by federal, state or local laws.

Employees and family members of the Missouri Division of Tourism, the Missouri Department of Economic Development, the Tourism Commission, the Missouri Association of Convention and Visitor Bureaus, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible for this promotion.

Promotion entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judging organization, which are final on all matters pertaining to contests. The return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Entrants grant to the Missouri Division of Tourism the right to use and publish their proper name and state of residence online, in print or any other media format, in connection with the luggage giveaway contest.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless, the Missouri Division of Tourism, the Missouri Department of Economic Development, the Tourism Commission, the Missouri Association of Convention and Visitor Bureaus, participating businesses and sponsors, marketing services companies and any directors, officers or employees of these organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest and/or any prize won.

The Missouri Division of Tourism, the Missouri Department of Economic Development, the Tourism Commission, the Missouri Association of Convention and Visitor Bureaus and sponsor companies are not responsible for lost entries, interrupted or unavailable network servers or other failed telephone or computer connections and/or transmissions, miscommunications, technical failures, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.

If for any reason the Web site section and/or the associated promotion is not capable of running as planned, including disruption by computer virus, unauthorized tampering or any other causes beyond the control of the administrators of the promotion, the Missouri Division of Tourism reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the contest without notice to the entrants.
